What I Do

What Good Shall I Do This Day?

While touring Philadelphia, a dear friend, who I don’t get to see nearly as often as I would like, taught me about Benjamin Franklin’s daily routine. Aside from getting 7 solid hours of sleep, rising early, and dedicating a hard 8 hours to work daily, the one thing that was most profound to me most was Franklin’s morning question: “What good shall I do this day?”

Let’s start with the organizations that I serve and have served. I love each of these organizations, the people that serve them, and their missions in building their communities.
