A lot of traditional Indian home cooking involves stewing fresh spices over a long period of time, however, in this recipe, I’m making this curry with a quick and dirty restaurant-style recipe using most dry spice powders and herbs.

Stamford Bridge
When I started following soccer (sometime after the 2002 World Cup, and before I started playing FIFA 08), I chose Chelsea Football Club to follow in English soccer. I’ve visited Camp Nou, Wembley, Old Trafford, and Anfield. I attempted visiting Stamford Bridge about a year ago, but came down with the flu the night before and wasn’t able to visit. It was a dream to be able to visit this time around.

London 2019
No trip to Europe would be complete for us without a stop in London — especially in late summer/early fall. This is one of many times we’ve visited central London. We stayed at the Conrad St. James and DoubleTree West End hotels.
